Shailey Raina has spent over 21 years working as a Human Resource professional. However, her passion led her to make a career change. After dedicating 20 years to the corporate world, she felt a strong inner calling to create a purpose-driven life and career as a coach.  Today she is a certified ICF ACC Coach, Emotional Intelligent Coach, Parent Coach, and Licensed Career Counsellor, Certified Career Counsellor cum Career Coach & Mentor.

She began to create her own coaching business in 2020.
